• Skills:
  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Proficiency in coaching for competitive exams (e.g., JEE/NEET).
  • Ability to conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions.

Selection Process

Candidates will be evaluated based on:

1. Written Exam: To assess subject expertise.
2. Demo Session: A teaching demonstration to evaluate classroom delivery and pedagogy.
3. Interview: A personal interaction to understand the candidate's vision and alignment with the school's goals.
