1. Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary)

Responsibilities:

Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for early learners

Use play-way and activity-based methods for effective learning

Communicate with parents regularly and track student development
Qualification: NTT/ECCE/Montessori Certification with fluent English speaking skills

2. Primary Teachers – All Subjects

Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons using child-centric and interactive methods

Promote foundational literacy and numeracy

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and remedial strategies
Qualification: B.El.Ed or Graduation with B.Ed, subject expertise, strong communication skills

3. TGT Teachers – English, Maths, SST, Science

Responsibilities:

Teach subject-specific concepts to students of middle and secondary grades

Use multimedia tools, group activities, and projects to enhance engagement

Prepare students for school-level competitions and Olympiads
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed in the relevant subject; CTET/TET preferred

4. Sports Teacher / Physical Education Instructor

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular PT sessions, sports coaching, and wellness programs

Prepare students for interschool tournaments and fitness assessments

Organize annual sports day and related events
Qualification: B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed with experience in coaching and school sports management

5. Headmistress

Responsibilities:

Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school

Supervise curriculum planning, classroom observations, and teacher mentoring

Lead CBSE compliance, parent interactions, and community outreach programs
Qualification: Master’s Degree with B.Ed and minimum 8 years of teaching/administrative experience
