Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Pre-Primary Teacher:
Plan and implement age-appropriate teaching-learning activities.
Create a joyful learning environment through songs, stories, games, and visual aids.
Monitor student progress and maintain individual learning portfolios.
Collaborate with parents and administrators for student development.
2. Primary Teacher:
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
Design engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.
Use varied assessment tools to evaluate student performance.
Encourage holistic development—intellectual, emotional, and physical.
3. TGT – Computer:
Teach computer fundamentals, coding, internet safety, and digital tools.
Provide hands-on computer lab sessions.
Help students explore software tools like MS Office, Scratch, Python, etc.
Guide students in tech projects and digital literacy campaigns.
4. Art Teacher:
Conduct art classes using different mediums and techniques.
Promote creative expression through drawing, painting, crafting, and design.
Organize student exhibitions and workshops.
Integrate art into the broader curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria:
A graduate/postgraduate degree in a relevant subject with B.Ed. (for Primary and TGT positions).
For Pre-Primary: Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Experience of 1-3 years in a similar teaching role is desirable.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
