Hold the required educational qualifications (B.Ed., NTT, or equivalent, depending on the post)

Are committed to maintaining a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere
Should have completed Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent

Must have patience, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills
Should have a strong background in Science (preferably B.Sc./M.Sc. with B.Ed.)
Ability to explain scientific concepts with practical examples
Should encourage hands-on learning and experiments
Should have strong command over spoken and written English
Must be able to teach grammar, comprehension, and creative writing effectively
Ability to enhance students’ confidence in communication
Should be well-versed in History, Geography, Civics, and related subjects
Ability to connect textbook learning with real-life examples
Should inspire students to understand the world and society better
