Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

1. Pre-Primary Teachers

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities

• Engage students in creative and sensory learning methods

• Monitor and document child development and progress

• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or Nursery Teaching

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

2. Mother Teachers

Responsibilities:

• Teach and guide students in primary classes (Grades 1 to 2)

• Foster a nurturing learning space, similar to the comfort of home

• Encourage students to develop curiosity and creativity

• Coordinate with parents to ensure student progress

Qualifications:

• Graduate with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualifications

• Experience with early learners preferred

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching young children

3. PRT (All Subjects)

Responsibilities:
