Position Overview:
We are actively seeking passionate and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Robotics Teachers. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons on robotics and related technologies to students from different age groups.
- Use a hands-on approach to teaching, enabling students to build and program their own robots, fostering creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Plan and implement lessons that align with our established curriculum, ensuring that students understand basic STEM concepts through practical application.
- Provide individual attention to students, helping them troubleshoot problems during activities and offering guidance as they progress through the course.
- Track student performance, offering constructive feedback and encouragement to ensure continual learning.
- Create a positive learning environment where students feel excited to explore and experiment with new ideas in robotics and technology.
- Collaborate with other instructors to share insights, improve teaching strategies, and refine lesson plans.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in BTech, BSc, BCA, MCA, BE, BEd, or other relevant technical qualifications.
- A strong foundation in technical concepts, especially in areas like robotics, electronics, or programming.
- No prior teaching experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, but candidates with teaching experience will be given preference.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Patience and a passion for working with young students, nurturing their curiosity and encouraging them to experiment with ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of different learners.
