• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teachers are responsible for delivering well-structured, engaging, and informative lessons that cater to the learning styles and needs of students in classes 3 to 8. You will have the freedom to be creative in your teaching methods, making learning enjoyable and effective.
• Prepare Lesson Plans: You will be required to prepare lesson plans that are in line with the curriculum guidelines and educational standards set by the school. Lesson plans should be clear, organized, and tailored to meet the learning objectives for each class.
• Monitor Student Progress: One of the core duties will be to track the academic progress of students. You will need to identify areas where students are excelling and where they may need additional help. Continuous assessment is key, and you’ll provide feedback through regular tests, assignments, and quizzes.

• Educational Qualifications:
  • For the English Teacher position: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field. A strong command of the English language is essential.
  • For the Mathematics Teacher position: A degree in Mathematics or a related subject is required.
  • For the Science Teacher position: A degree in Science or a specific discipline such as Physics, Chemistry, or Biology is preferred.
• B.Ed. Qualification: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in teaching without a B.Ed. will also be considered.
• Teaching Experience: While previous teaching experience is desirable, fresh graduates with a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of their subject areas are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Good communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage with students are key. Teachers must be able to simplify complex concepts and foster a love for learning.

• Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
