1. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) / Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics, Tamil, Hindi
We are seeking teachers with expertise in handling higher secondary school students (10th, 11th, and 12th grades). Candidates must be proficient in their respective subjects and have strong classroom management skills. Experience in preparing students for board examinations and a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum are essential. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Ed. or M.Ed. along with a post-graduation degree in the relevant subject.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and exams.
- Support students in achieving their academic goals.
- Participate in curriculum development and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in the subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- 3-5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes, preferably in CBSE schools.
2. Scouts and Guides Instructors – Part-Time
Dobbs Public School takes pride in its vibrant Scouts and Guides program. We are seeking part-time instructors with a passion for youth development and community service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead outdoor activities, community service projects, and leadership programs.
- Train students in survival skills, discipline, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other instructors and school staff to ensure a safe and enriching experience for students.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Scouts and Guides training.
- Experience working with young students in a leadership capacity.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Co-ordinator – Primary / Secondary
We are looking for experienced professionals to take on the role of Co-ordinator for both primary and secondary school levels. The Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day academic operations and ensuring that the school’s curriculum is effectively delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise teaching staff and monitor the implementation of lesson plans.
- Coordinate between teachers, students, and parents to address academic or behavioral concerns.
- Plan and implement extra-curricular activities and school events.
