🔹 Eligibility:

MSc / MCA / PG Diploma in IT
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in relevant fields

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and mentoring students in BCA courses
Developing curriculum and preparing lesson plans
Engaging students in interactive learning sessions
Conducting assessments and grading
Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in IT

🔹 Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills

2️⃣ Placement Manager

🔹 Educational Qualification:

Post-graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)

🔹 Experience:

5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role (placement/recruitment)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and recruiters
Organizing campus placements and job fairs
Preparing students for interviews and job placements
Tracking and analyzing placement data to improve processes
Coordinating with the faculty to align student skills with industry demands

🔹 Skills Required:
