1. Principal

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal, preferably in a CBSE school.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Should be computer literate and well-versed with modern teaching methodologies.

• Ability to inspire teachers and students while ensuring the smooth functioning of academic and administrative processes.

2. Vice Principal

• Must hold a Master’s Degree with B.Ed.

• Should have been a PGT in a recognized school for at least 3 years in the last 10 years.

• Should have a total teaching experience of not less than 9 years.

• Excellent academic vision, team management skills, and ability to coordinate with Principal and staff members for effective administration.

3. Headmistress

• Must be a Trained Graduate Teacher with exceptional leadership qualities.

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience at the primary level and above.

• Strong administrative and mentoring skills to guide teachers and maintain discipline while ensuring academic excellence.

4. Coordinator

• Should be a Trained Graduate Teacher.

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the primary level and above.

• Must possess good organizational skills, team spirit, and the ability to coordinate between teachers, parents, and students.
