Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation 🎓: You must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field. A background in English or Education is preferred.
- B.Ed 📖 (Preferable): A Bachelor of Education degree is preferred, as it will enhance your teaching skills and understanding of educational methodologies.
- Good Communication Skills 🗣️: Strong communication skills in English are essential for effectively teaching the language and engaging with students. You should be able to articulate lessons clearly and inspire students to improve their language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover the English curriculum for Grades 6 to 10. Your lessons should be engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of your students.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and productive classroom environment. Manage student behavior effectively and encourage a culture of respect and learning.
- Student Assessment: Regularly assess and evaluate students’ progress. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve their reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding their child’s progress. Conduct parent-teacher meetings as needed to discuss academic achievements and areas for improvement.
