Who We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking Teachers who are passionate about working with children and who have the creativity and energy to engage young learners. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:

• A passion for working with young children and a genuine love for teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Patience, creativity, and a sense of humor.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for all positions).
• Experience working with children in a pre-school or daycare setting is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy to handle digital records, educational tools, and communication.

Job Responsibilities:

As a teacher at Makoons Kids Unplugged, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementing educational activities that are age-appropriate and aligned with our curriculum.
• Monitoring the progress and development of each child and providing regular feedback to parents.
• Creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom and school.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure that each child’s individual needs are being met.
