Position: TGT Hindi Teacher
Job Description:

As a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Hindi, you will play a crucial role in imparting knowledge, fostering a love for the Hindi language, and developing strong linguistic skills in our students. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Curriculum Delivery:
   • Teaching Hindi to students at the secondary level, ensuring that they meet the educational standards set by the school and the educational board.
   • Developing lesson plans that are engaging, comprehensive, and aligned with the curriculum.
   • Using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, ensuring that all students grasp the concepts being taught.
2. Student Assessment:
   • Evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and exams.
   • Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and understanding.
   • Identifying students who may need additional support and offering remedial classes as necessary.
3. Classroom Management:
   • Maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
