   • Subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Physical Education (Theory).
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education.
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in Grades 9-12 in a CBSE curriculum.
2. Middle/Primary School Teachers:
   • Subjects: English, Maths, Science, Hindi, Kannada, Computer Science, History & Civics, Geography.
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education.
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in similar positions.
3. Kindergarten Teachers:
   • Qualifications: Degree with a Diploma/PG certification in Early Childhood Education or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
   • Experience: Preferably with experience in Jolly Phonics or other similar methods.
4. Co-Scholastic Teachers:
   • Positions: Librarian, P.E. Teacher, Art and Craft Teacher, Lab Assistant, Dance, Music, Wellness Counselor, Special Educator.
   • Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles.
5. Curriculum Developer/Subject Matter Expert:
   • Subjects: Science, Maths, English, Social Studies, Hindi, Kannada.
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education.
   • Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching and curriculum development experience in the specific subject.
6. Training and Development:
   • Qualifications: Active teachers or trainers with a proven track record of progressive teaching practices.
   • Experience: Minimum 5 years in teaching or training. Teaching certification preferred (CIDTL/IB) or international qualifications in research and development.
