Responsibilities

• For Teachers:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
  • Foster a positive learning environment to enhance student understanding.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through assignments and assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to discuss students’ academic performance and overall development.
• For Non-Teaching Positions:
  • Academic Counsellor: Provide guidance to students for academic growth and career planning.
  • Telecalling Executive: Assist in outreach and communication with parents and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• For Teaching Positions:
  • Relevant qualifications such as B.Ed., M.Ed., or subject-specific postgraduate degrees.
  • Strong command over the subject and effective classroom management skills.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• For Non-Teaching Positions:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant experience in the role is a plus.
