Qualifications:

Master’s degree in the respective subject.

B.Ed. or equivalent certification.

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience preferred.

Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)

Subjects: Computer, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science

Responsibilities:

Teach secondary school students (Classes VI–X) while focusing on concept clarity.

Encourage participation in projects, co-curricular activities, and competitions.

Regularly assess and track students’ academic progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in the respective subject.

B.Ed. or equivalent certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Teachers (PRT)

Roles: All Subjects, Mother Teacher, Activity Teacher

Responsibilities:

Lay the foundation for young learners by focusing on interactive and activity-based learning.

Act as a mother teacher to build a nurturing and caring environment for primary students.

Conduct engaging art, music, dance, and other co-curricular sessions.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline with a D.El.Ed. or B.Ed.

Freshers with the right enthusiasm for teaching are welcome.

Non-Teaching Roles

1. Librarian

Maintain and organize library resources.

Encourage students and staff to cultivate a reading habit.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Library Science.

2. PRO/Receptionist

Handle front-desk operations, coordinate with parents, and manage administrative tasks.
