We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. HEADMISTRESS:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the primary and pre-primary sections of the school.
    • Ensure the effective implementation of the school’s vision, mission, and policies within these sections.
    • Oversee all academic and administrative operations of the primary and pre-primary sections.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for young students and teachers.
    • Manage and evaluate the performance of teachers and staff in these sections.
    • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians of primary and pre-primary students.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant educational guidelines and best practices for early childhood education.
    • Drive continuous improvement in the teaching and learning processes within these sections.
  • Qualifications:
    • Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
    • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification, with a specialization in early childhood education preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Headmistress or Coordinator in the primary/pre-primary section of a recognized school.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • A clear understanding of child development and effective early childhood education methodologies.

2. NURSERY CO-ORDINATOR:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the nursery section.
    • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies for nursery students.
    • Provide guidance and support to nursery teachers.
    • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
    • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
    • Organize and coordinate nursery events and activities.
    • Maintain records and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduate degree with a diploma or certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Education (ECE).
    • Proven experience as a nursery teacher or coordinator.
    • Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

3. PRIMARY CO-ORDINATOR:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Headmistress in planning, organizing, and supervising the academic activities of the primary section.
    • Coordinate with primary teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery and implementation.
    • Monitor student progress and provide support to teachers in addressing learning needs.
    • Organize and conduct teacher training and professional development programs.
    • Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents.
    • Assist in the organization of school events and examinations for the primary section.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
    • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
    • Proven experience as a primary teacher with leadership potential.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and primary school teaching methodologies.

4. PRT – ENGLISH TEACHER:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language and literature lessons for primary school students.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
    • Foster a love for reading and writing in young learners.
    • Collaborate with other primary teachers to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
    • Participate in school events and activities.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduate degree in English.
    • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
    • Strong command of the English language and grammar.
    • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
    • Passion for teaching young children.

5. TGT – ENGLISH TEACHER:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive English language and literature lessons aligned with the curriculum for middle and high school students.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote critical thinking.
    • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
    • Provide individualized support to students who are struggling.
    • Collaborate with other TGT teachers to ensure curriculum coherence.
    • Participate in school events and activities.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in English.
    • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
    • Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and grammar.
    • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate students.

6. RECEPTIONIST:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional impression of the school.
    • Manage the school’s front desk, handling inquiries, directing visitors, and managing phone calls.
    • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
    • Provide general information about the school to parents and the public.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduate degree in any discipline.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications.  
    • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
