Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates applying for these positions must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: As per CBSE norms.
• Mandatory Requirement: CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification is mandatory for PRT and TGT positions.
• Experience: Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is desirable but not always mandatory for entry-level positions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Hindi.
• Computer Literacy: Working knowledge of computers and basic software applications is essential.

Specific Requirements for Each Position:

• Primary Teachers (PRTs): Graduate degree with B.Ed./D.Ed. and qualified in CTET for primary level. Ability to teach all subjects effectively to primary school students.
• Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs): Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. and qualified in CTET for the secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach effectively to middle and high school students.
• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT – Physics): Postgraduate degree in Physics with B.Ed. Ability to teach Physics at the senior secondary level and prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.
