Responsibilities:

As a Play School Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing environment for young children. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Creating a Safe & Inclusive Classroom: Build a warm and welcoming classroom where children feel secure, valued, and eager to explore. 🌈
• Age-Appropriate Lessons: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through fun activities like arts & crafts, storytelling, and educational play. 🎨📚
• Promoting Creativity & Curiosity: Foster a love of learning by providing hands-on experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence. 🖍️✨
• Encouraging Positive Behavior: Use positive reinforcement to promote good behavior and help children develop important social skills, such as sharing, communicating, and problem-solving. 🤝
• Parent Communication: Keep parents/guardians informed by providing regular updates on their child’s progress and sharing insights into their development. 📞💬
• Collaboration with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow educators to create a collaborative, fun, and cohesive learning environment. 👫

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who:

• Has a Passion for Teaching: You must have a genuine love for working with young children and the patience to guide them through their early developmental stages. 💖
• Has Experience Working with Preschoolers: Previous experience with preschool-aged children is a plus, as it helps you understand their unique needs. 👶👧
• Is Creative & Flexible: You’ll need to come up with exciting and new ways to teach, while also being flexible enough to adapt to each child’s learning style. 🎨🎭
• Communicates Well: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for connecting with both children and their parents. 🗣️💬
• Is Patient & Empathetic: Patience is key when working with young learners, as well as empathy to connect with them and guide their development. 🌱
• Has Relevant Education: A degree or certification in early childhood education is preferred, though not mandatory. 🎓
