Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in Mathematics.
Prepare students for academic assessments, ensuring they grasp fundamental mathematical concepts.
Foster a love for learning through interactive teaching techniques and real-life applications of Mathematics.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and education board requirements.
Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and support to help them excel academically.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, including math clubs, competitions, and events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is mandatory for the TGT position.

Experience

For PRT: Prior experience in teaching Mathematics at the primary or middle school level is preferred.
For TGT: A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level, especially for Grade X, is highly desirable.

Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of mathematical concepts and their practical applications.
Ability to use modern teaching tools and techniques, including digital platforms and multimedia resources.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment.
