1. TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) – English, Geography, Urdu

We are seeking highly qualified and enthusiastic Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) for English, Geography, and Urdu. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching students at the secondary level, ensuring that they gain an in-depth understanding of the subjects, while also preparing them for academic assessments and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans, conduct engaging classroom sessions, and encourage student participation.
  • Evaluate and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Implement teaching strategies that cater to students’ diverse learning needs.
  • Create an atmosphere conducive to learning, while maintaining discipline and order.
  • Foster a love for learning in students through innovative teaching methods.
  • Engage in regular communication with parents to discuss student progress and address concerns.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that align with the subject of expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with specialization in the respective subject (English, Geography, or Urdu).
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a TGT is preferred but fresh graduates with the right attitude will be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Urdu as per the subject.
  • Strong classroom management abilities and the capability to inspire students.
  • A passion for teaching and commitment to student success.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and as per school standards.


2. Office Assistant (BCA/MCA Qualification)

The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. The candidate should possess a background in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) and be proficient in managing office software, databases, and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing records, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure that the school’s database and records are updated and organized efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Provide technical support for various software and systems in the office.
  • Manage the office supplies inventory, placing orders for new supplies as necessary.
  • Coordinate between different departments and provide logistical support during events and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
  • Proficiency in office software like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative software.

3. Examination Head (M.Com with MBA)

The Examination Head will be responsible for overseeing the examination process, ensuring its smooth operation, and maintaining academic integrity. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in commerce (M.Com) combined with business administration skills (MBA) to manage the logistical, procedural, and evaluative aspects of examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the school’s examination policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, preparation, and execution of internal and external examinations.
  • Ensure that the examination timetable and logistics are communicated effectively to staff, students, and parents.
  • Manage exam invigilation, marking, grading, and report generation.
  • Ensure compliance with academic standards and examination regulations.
  • Analyze student performance data and provide reports to the school management for decision-making.
  • Handle student queries and concerns related to examination schedules and results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • M.Com (Master of Commerce) and MBA (Master of Business Administration) are essential qualifications.
  • Prior experience in examination coordination or a similar administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
