Roles & Responsibilities:
PGT (Post Graduate Teachers)
Subject: English, Biology, Physical Education
Classes: 11th and 12th
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop lesson plans based on the CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes. Conduct interactive and engaging classes to foster student learning and development.
- Assessment: Prepare and evaluate tests, assignments, and exams. Ensure continuous academic growth through feedback.
- Co-curricular Activities: Encourage students to participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities to enhance their holistic development.
- Professional Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest teaching methods and CBSE guidelines.
- Parental Communication: Keep open communication with parents/guardians about the academic and personal progress of students.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)
Subject: Social Science (SST)
Classes: 6th to 10th
- Lesson Planning: Teach subjects such as History, Geography, and Civics, ensuring students develop a strong understanding of India’s rich history and the world at large.
- Student Engagement: Employ a range of teaching techniques to engage students and promote critical thinking.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment conducive to student growth.
- Coordination with Other Faculty: Work closely with other teachers in planning school activities and ensuring consistency in the delivery of the curriculum.
PRT (Primary Teacher)
Subject: Computer Science
Classes: 1st to 5th
- Curriculum Implementation: Deliver basic computer skills to primary school students, ensuring they become familiar with digital tools and software.
- Practical Training: Focus on hands-on learning where students can explore various computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic programming.
- Tech Integration: Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate technology in classrooms and enhance student learning.
- Safety & Ethics: Teach students the importance of cybersecurity and ethical computer usage.
NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
- Early Childhood Development: Develop lesson plans that cater to the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children.
- Play-Based Learning: Create a nurturing environment that encourages children to learn through play, art, and interactive activities.
- Classroom Management: Organize the classroom to stimulate children’s natural curiosity and help them develop foundational skills.
- Parent Interaction: Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s development and suggest home-based learning activities.
French Teacher
Classes: 6th to 10th
- Language Proficiency: Teach French as a second language, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Cultural Awareness: Introduce students to French culture, literature, and customs to provide a well-rounded learning experience.
- Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations to monitor student progress and language acquisition.
- Interactive Learning: Use audiovisual aids, language apps, and group activities to make learning more interactive and engaging.
Admission Counselor
- Student Enrollment: Manage the entire admissions process, including inquiries, counseling, follow-up, and documentation.
- Parent Relations: Guide prospective parents through the school’s vision, mission, and offerings to ensure they make informed decisions regarding admissions.
- School Tours: Arrange and conduct school tours for parents and students, answering their questions and providing insights into the school’s facilities and academic environment.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining records of students admitted and ensure smooth communication between parents and the administration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- PGT Positions: A Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a B.Ed. and a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- TGT Positions: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. and at least 3 years of teaching experience.
- PRT & NTT Positions: A diploma in Elementary Education/NTT certification and relevant teaching experience.
- French Teacher: A degree in French or a diploma in French language teaching (DELF/DALF certification preferred).
- Admission Counselor: Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication skills, prior experience in admissions and counseling is preferred.
