NTT’s (Nursery Teacher Training)

– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
– Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
– Monitor and assess student progress.
– Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
– Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

PRT (Primary Teacher – All Subjects)

– Teach all subjects to primary grade students.
– Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
– Assess students’ performance and track their progress.
– Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
– Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.

TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)

– Teach specific subjects (Computer, Science, SST, English, Hindi, Maths) to middle and high school students.
– Create detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
– Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students.
– Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
– Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)

– Teach advanced subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, History, Geography, Accounts, Business Studies, English, Economics, Physical Education, Computer Science) to high school students.
– Develop and implement challenging curriculum.
– Prepare students for exams and college applications.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to students.
– Engage in professional development and stay updated with subject knowledge.

Activity Teachers (Music, Dance, Art & Craft, Librarian, Sports)

– Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons or activities in their respective fields.
– Encourage student participation and skill development.
– Manage equipment and materials related to their activities.
– Organize performances, exhibitions, or competitions.
– Promote a positive and inclusive environment for students.

Receptionist

– Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
– Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person.
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
– Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Accountant

– Manage school finances, including budgeting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
– Prepare financial reports for school management.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
– Collaborate with school administrators on financial planning.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Administrator

– Oversee day-to-day operations of the school.
– Coordinate and supervise staff members.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures.
– Manage school resources and facilities.
– Communicate with stakeholders including parents, students, and staff.
