Teacher’s Required
–English & kindergarten
English- PGT- B. ED Preferred
KG- Fresher/ Experience in handling KG
– School Admission Officer
Field canvassing work, willing to travel
Experience in field marketing
-Manager office Admin
Any Degree with experience in school admission
– Co-Ordinator
Min 3 years of experience as a coordinator in a reputed school
– Senior Principle
Min. 3 years of experience as a Vice principle in a reputed school.
Responsibilities as a Valued Member of our Team
Teachers (English & Kindergarten):
– Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate children’s growth, exploration, and participation.
– Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program and show written evidence of preparation.
– Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
– Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops to maintain and improve professional competence.
– Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned.
English Teacher (PGT – B.Ed Preferred):
– Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to a range of classes and age groups.
– Prepare and set tests, examination papers, and exercises.
– Mark and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work.
– Devise, write, and produce new materials, including audio and visual resources.
– Organize and get involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties, dinners, and excursions.
Kindergarten Teacher (Fresher/Experience in handling KG):
– Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
– Plan and implement activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
– Use a variety of instructional methods to motivate and engage students.
– Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
– Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to parents.
School Admission Officer:
– Conduct field canvassing work and be willing to travel.
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students.
– Coordinate with other school staff to ensure efficient admission processes.
– Maintain accurate records of student admissions and inquiries.
Manager Office Admin:
– Oversee the administrative operations of the school office.
– Manage office supplies and equipment.
– Coordinate with staff, parents, and students regarding school activities and events.
– Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
Coordinator:
– Coordinate academic and extracurricular activities.
– Supervise and support teachers and staff.
– Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
– Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
Senior Principal:
– Provide leadership and vision for the school.
– Manage the school’s budget and resources.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with education laws and regulations.
– Supervise and evaluate staff.
