Position 1: Primary Teacher (PRT)
Subjects: All subjects for Primary School
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
- Graduation in any relevant subject (e.g., B.A., B.Sc., B.Com).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young children.
- Previous experience teaching at the primary school level is an advantage but not required.
- A nurturing, patient, and engaging attitude toward teaching young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach students in grades 1 to 5 across various subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Social Studies.
- Plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons based on the curriculum.
- Develop age-appropriate learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Regularly assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
Position 2: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in English along with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.
- A strong command of English language, grammar, and literature.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to teach English in an engaging manner.
- The ability to use creative methods and technology to enhance learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to students in grades 6 to 10.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessments in line with the curriculum.
- Engage students in literary discussions, writing activities, and language development exercises.
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance regularly and provide feedback.
- Promote an interest in literature and creative writing.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
Position 3: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Political Science
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (M.A.) in Political Science from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school.
- Strong knowledge of political science topics such as Indian politics, international relations, and political theory.
- Ability to encourage critical thinking and foster discussions on contemporary political issues.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Political Science to students in grades 11 and 12.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments based on the curriculum.
- Facilitate debates, discussions, and research projects to encourage students to explore political concepts.
- Prepare students for board exams by focusing on exam techniques and content mastery.
- Regularly evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and class participation.
- Organize extra-curricular activities like model UN, debates, or political simulations.
