1. Principal:

• Qualification: B.Ed. with a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience and 10 years of administrative experience in a reputed CBSE English medium school.
• Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the school. The Principal will be responsible for academic excellence, staff development, and ensuring that the school’s mission is achieved.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment.

2. PRT (Primary Teachers) & TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers):

• Qualification: B.Ed. with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
• Subjects: All subjects.
• Key Responsibilities: PRTs and TGTs will teach core subjects, help students develop strong academic foundations, and foster a love for learning.
• Skills: Excellent subject knowledge, classroom management, and the ability to engage students in interactive learning experiences.

3. NTT (Nursery Teachers):

• Qualification: Graduate with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or Montessori training.
• Key Responsibilities: NTTs will work with young children to develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills through structured play and creative activities.
• Skills: Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

4. Activity Teachers (Art, Craft, Music, Dance, PTI):

• Qualification: Graduate with a relevant degree or diploma in the respective fields (Art, Craft, Music, Dance, Physical Training).
• Key Responsibilities: Activity Teachers will help students explore their creativity and physical abilities through extracurricular activities, contributing to their holistic development.
• Skills: Specialized expertise in the chosen activity, along with a strong ability to inspire and motivate students.

5. Admin Officer:

• Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a school administration role.
• Key Responsibilities: The Admin Officer will manage the school’s administrative functions, including facilities, logistics, and compliance with CBSE regulations.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

6. Admission Counsellor & Front Desk Executive:

• Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in school admissions or customer service.
• Key Responsibilities: The Admission Counsellor and Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students. They will guide families through the admission process and manage day-to-day interactions with visitors.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
