Available Positions:
1. PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) – Chemistry:
We are seeking a highly qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry who is passionate about teaching and has the capability to inspire young minds. The ideal candidate should possess:
- A postgraduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- A B.Ed. degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 and 12), ideally in a residential school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to develop lesson plans that cater to students’ diverse learning needs and ensure academic excellence.
2. PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) – Commerce:
The school is looking for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Commerce to guide students through the intricate world of Commerce and Business Studies. The preferred candidate should have:
- A postgraduate degree in Commerce (M.Com or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- A B.Ed. degree is desirable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- At least 2-3 years of experience teaching Commerce at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 and 12).
- Excellent organizational skills and a student-centered approach to teaching.
- Experience in residential schools will be an added advantage.
3. Admission Counselors:
As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective parents and students. You will play a crucial role in communicating the school’s vision, mission, and academic programs to prospective families. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conducting school tours and meetings with prospective parents and students.
- Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to attract new students.
- Ensuring a smooth transition for students joining the school community.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
4. Accounts/Clerical Staff:
We are also hiring Accounts/Clerical Staff to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative operations at the school. Candidates for this role should have:
- A background in accounting or administrative work.
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions, billing, payroll, and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with the administrative team.
