Available Positions

We are currently hiring for a range of positions across various levels. Below are the details of the vacancies:

1. Pre-Primary Teachers

• Qualifications: Graduates with a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Role Description: As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the formative years of young children, helping them develop cognitive, emotional, and social skills. Teachers in this section are expected to create an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment that nurtures creativity and curiosity.

2. PRT (Primary Teachers)

• Qualifications: Graduates with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree for all subjects.
• Role Description: Primary teachers at DPS are responsible for imparting foundational knowledge in various subjects, including language, mathematics, and environmental studies. You will be instrumental in helping students grasp essential concepts while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at classroom management and capable of creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere that fosters a love for learning.

3. TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers)

• Qualifications: Graduates with a B.Ed. degree for all subjects. Candidates must have at least 3 years of teaching experience in classes VI to X in a recognized school.
• Role Description: As a TGT, you will be responsible for teaching subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Languages to middle school students. Teachers are expected to bring a strong pedagogical foundation, using modern teaching methodologies to engage students in active learning. You will be responsible for shaping the academic journey of students in these critical middle school years by offering a challenging yet supportive environment.

4. PGT (Post Graduate Teachers)

• Qualifications: Post-graduate with B.Ed./M.Ed. for all subjects. Applicants must have at least 3 years of teaching experience in recognized schools or colleges for classes XI and XII.
• Role Description: PGTs are required to handle senior secondary classes and prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests. Your deep subject knowledge and experience will help guide students as they make crucial academic and career decisions. Teachers in this role should be adept at mentoring and inspiring young adults to achieve their highest potential.

5. Wellness Counsellor

• Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Psychology, with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Role Description: The Wellness Counsellor will be responsible for supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of students. This role requires working closely with both students and teachers to provide counseling services, stress management workshops, and strategies for maintaining mental health. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate, approachable demeanor and a keen understanding of child and adolescent psychology.

6. Other Positions Available
