Open Positions: Subject Teachers (English, Mathematics, Science)

We are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic teachers for the following subjects:

• English Teacher
• Mathematics Teacher
• Science Teacher

These positions are for teaching students in Classes 3 to 9. We are looking for teachers who have a deep understanding of their subjects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with students in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities and Expectations

As a teacher at Gurukul Convent School, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lesson Planning and Execution: Create comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective lessons that cater to the learning needs of students from Classes 3 to 9.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, positive, and constructive classroom atmosphere, encouraging a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments, including quizzes, tests, and examinations, to evaluate student progress. Provide timely feedback to students and parents to help guide their academic development.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

For each of the teaching positions, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (English, Mathematics, or Science) is required. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is beneficial, particularly experience teaching students from Classes 3 to 9. However, passionate freshers with the right attitude and skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential, especially for the English teaching position. Teachers should also be able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.
