Available Positions:

1. Coordinator for PYP Subjects: The position of a Coordinator for the Primary Years Program (PYP) is crucial for overseeing the academic progress and development of students across multiple subjects. The coordinator will be responsible for guiding the teaching staff, ensuring the curriculum is effectively implemented, and supporting students’ holistic development. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with other educators, and a deep understanding of the PYP framework. The coordinator will oversee subjects like Maths, Science, English, Hindi, Humanities, Art & Design, ICT (Information and Communication Technology), and Music. They will also collaborate with the school administration to ensure that the PYP curriculum aligns with the school’s educational goals.
2. Teachers for PYP (Maths, Science, English, Hindi, Humanities, Art & Design, ICT, Music): Kapol Global Academy is looking for dedicated teachers who are passionate about imparting knowledge and nurturing young minds in various subjects of the PYP curriculum. The school seeks teachers for:
   • Maths: A teacher who can make mathematics engaging, creative, and understandable for students, while also fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
   • Science: A teacher who can spark curiosity in young learners about the natural world and teach foundational scientific principles with an interactive approach.
   • English: A teacher to develop students’ language skills, focusing on reading, writing, and communication.
   • Hindi: A teacher who is proficient in Hindi and can teach the language while emphasizing its cultural and literary aspects.
   • Humanities: A teacher to educate students on history, geography, and social studies, while promoting global awareness and cultural understanding.
   • Art & Design: A teacher who can inspire creativity and artistic expression, allowing students to explore different mediums of art and design.

   Each subject teacher will work closely with the coordinator and other teaching staff to ensure an integrated approach to learning and development. 3. Teacher for EYP (Early Years Program): The EYP teacher will focus on the development of young children in the foundational years of education. The EYP teacher will help students build essential skills, such as communication, motor abilities, and social interactions, while fostering curiosity and a love for learning in young children. A creative, patient, and empathetic individual will be ideal for this role.
4. Nurse: Kapol Global Academy is also seeking a School Nurse who will be responsible for the health and well-being of the students. The nurse will handle medical emergencies, provide first aid, manage student health records, and ensure that students are cared for when they fall ill. The ideal candidate for this role should have a nursing qualification and experience in handling pediatric care, with an understanding of school health protocols and first aid procedures.
5. Counsellor: The School Counsellor will play an important role in supporting students’ emotional and psychological well-being. This role involves providing individual counseling for students, organizing group counseling sessions, and assisting in resolving social or academic issues. The counsellor will work with teachers and parents to create a supportive environment for students, helping them manage stress, anxiety, or any challenges they may face. The ideal candidate should have a background in psychology or counseling and should be able to engage effectively with children and teenagers.
