The Role:
As a Preschool Educator at Kinderpee, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, promoting social and emotional development, and encouraging the exploration of new concepts and ideas. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of young children by providing a safe and supportive environment for them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum: You will design, plan, and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our school’s educational philosophy. Our curriculum emphasizes play-based learning, child-led exploration, and the development of cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
- Foster a positive learning environment: You will create a warm, inviting classroom atmosphere where each child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to explore and learn. Your positive interactions will help to build the confidence and self-esteem of young learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress: You will regularly assess the academic and developmental progress of each child and provide ongoing feedback to parents and caregivers. This may include preparing reports on each child’s progress and participating in parent-teacher conferences.
