Key Responsibilities:
As a TGT Science teacher at May Flower School, the selected candidate will be expected to:
- Teach Biology and Chemistry to students from classes 9 to 12, as per the CBSE curriculum.

- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to stimulate students’ interest in science and foster a love for learning.
- Design and conduct practical sessions, experiments, and demonstrations to ensure hands-on learning for the students.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages open discussions, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide timely feedback to students on their academic progress.
- Guide and support students in their overall development, both academically and personally.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to improve teaching methodologies and school programs.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of science education and incorporate modern techniques and resources into the classroom.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for the position of TGT (Science), candidates must meet the following qualifications and criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Biology and Chemistry or a related field with a solid academic background.
- Teaching Qualification: A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or any equivalent teaching certification is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level (preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school) is preferred. However, fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching will also be considered.
- Skills: The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to explain complex scientific concepts in an understandable and engaging manner is essential.
