Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre-Primary Teacher:

| Classroom Management | Create a warm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment. Manage student behavior and encourage active participation. |
| Assessing Student Progress | Observe and assess students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and address individual learning needs. |
| Parental Engagement | Communicate with parents regularly to share progress reports, address concerns, and ensure collaboration in students’ development. |
| Facilitate Creative Activities | Organize fun and interactive activities like arts and crafts, music, and group play to enhance cognitive and social skills. |
TGT Teacher (Hindi & SST):

| Subject Expertise | Plan and deliver lessons in Hindi and Social Science (SST) according to the curriculum. |
| Student Engagement | Foster a love for the subject, encourage critical thinking, and create a positive and interactive learning environment. |
| Assessment & Feedback | Regularly evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams. Provide feedback for academic growth. |
| Classroom Management | Maintain discipline and create a productive classroom environment. Motivate students to excel academically and personally. |
| Extra-Curricular Activities | Promote student participation in various school activities such as debates, plays, or group projects related to Hindi and SST topics. |
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Pre-Primary Teacher:

| Educational Qualification | – Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or D.Ed. – Any additional certification in Child Development or Early Childhood Education is an advantage. |
| Experience | – Previous experience in teaching pre-primary students is preferred. |

TGT Teacher (Hindi & SST):
