As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence in early childhood education, we are excited to announce that we are currently looking for passionate and qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
Centre Head & Teacher (Female Candidates Only)
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree with Montessori Training or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) Training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
- Preferred experience in play schools, Montessori schools, or primary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Engaging Lesson Plans: As a Centre Head or Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. These plans should cater to the varied needs of toddlers, ensuring that every child is challenged and engaged.
2. Create a Nurturing Environment: You will foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning. This includes setting up classrooms that stimulate curiosity and creativity, as well as providing age-appropriate resources and materials.
3. Collaborate with Parents: Building strong relationships with parents is vital. You will communicate regularly with parents to discuss their child’s progress, address any concerns, and involve them in the learning process.
4. Support and Lead Educators: As a Centre Head, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of educators. This includes providing ongoing support, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that teaching practices align with our philosophy of early childhood education.
5. Promote Inclusivity: Creating an inclusive environment where all children feel welcome and accepted is essential. You will ensure that our practices reflect diversity and promote respect for all backgrounds and abilities.
