Position: Teacher/Assistant Teacher

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Teacher or Assistant Teacher at Podar Jumbo Kids, your primary responsibility will be to foster a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, facilitating play-based learning, and ensuring that each child in your care is given the attention they need to thrive. Specific duties include:

• Designing and implementing age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Encouraging social, emotional, and physical development through interactive learning sessions.
• Supporting children in developing essential language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
• Providing a safe and secure environment where children feel valued and respected.
• Working closely with parents and guardians to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Assisting in the overall management and organization of the classroom.

Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for female candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
  • Candidates with qualifications in Montessori Education or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) will be given preference.
• Experience:
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • A passion for working with young children is essential, regardless of prior experience.
• Background:
  • Candidates must have studied in an English medium school. Proficiency in English is crucial, as the medium of instruction at Podar Jumbo Kids is English.
  • Strong communication skills are important for interacting with both students and parents.
• Personality Traits:
  • We are looking for candidates who are warm, patient, and nurturing.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with young children are key qualities we value.
