VACANCIES FOR TEACHING & NON-TEACHING STAFF

Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Sr. Sec. Public School, located in Dhanora-Ladwa, Distt. Kurukshetra, is a well-established educational institution with a strong commitment to excellence in education. The school strives to foster an environment that nurtures the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth of its students. In order to further enhance the quality of education and cater to the growing demands of the school, we are looking for passionate and qualified individuals to join our teaching and non-teaching staff.

We invite applications for a variety of teaching and non-teaching positions. The following are the vacancies available:

Teaching Staff Vacancies:

1. PGTs (Post Graduate Teachers):
   • Biology
   • English
   • Political Science
   • Physics
   • Chemistry
   • Psychology

   The ideal candidates for these positions should have a Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject, along with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution. Experience in teaching at the senior secondary level, particularly in a CBSE-affiliated school, is preferred. The candidates should be proficient in English and have a good understanding of the subject they will be teaching. A passion for education and the ability to engage students in critical thinking and subject mastery are essential.

2. TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers) / PRTs (Primary Teachers):
   • English
   • Social Science
   • Mathematics

   We are looking for TGTs and PRTs to teach these subjects at the middle and primary school levels. Candidates must have a graduate degree in the relevant subject, along with a B.Ed. qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CBSE schools is preferred. The candidate should be able to foster a supportive learning environment and communicate effectively with students. Proficiency in English and IT skills are mandatory for this role.

3. Pre-Primary Teachers:
   We are also hiring Pre-Primary Teachers who will be responsible for creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment for young children. The candidate must have a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and a passion for working with young children. The role demands creativity, patience, and an ability to stimulate the curiosity of young learners.
4. Headmistress for Primary Classes:
   The Headmistress will be responsible for overseeing the primary section of the school, ensuring that educational standards are maintained, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of child development, and experience in managing the primary school segment. Experience in a similar role in a CBSE school will be preferred.
5. Foreign Language Teachers:
   We are looking for Foreign Language Teachers for languages such as French, Spanish, German, or any other foreign language. The candidate must be proficient in the language they will be teaching and should ideally have a degree or diploma in the respective language. Teaching experience in a school is an added advantage.

Non-Teaching Staff Vacancies:

1. Counsellor:
   We are seeking a School Counsellor to provide emotional and psychological support to students. The counsellor will help students navigate academic, social, and personal challenges. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Counselling or Psychology and the ability to work empathetically with children and parents.
2. Estate / Maintenance Officer:
   The Estate/Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the upkeep of the school’s infrastructure, ensuring that the school’s premises are clean, well-maintained, and safe. Preferably, we are looking for an Ex-serviceman with prior experience in estate management and maintenance.
3. Hostel Warden:
   The Hostel Warden will oversee the management of the school hostel, ensuring that the students’ needs are met, and their safety and well-being are maintained. An Ex-serviceman with experience in managing hostel facilities is preferred for this role.
4. NCC Instructor:
   The NCC Instructor will guide and train students in NCC activities, including leadership development, discipline, and physical fitness. Preferably, an Ex-serviceman with experience in leading NCC programs will be preferred.
5. Admission and Marketing Officer:
   This role involves handling the admission process, interacting with prospective parents, and promoting the school. The Admission and Marketing Officer should have strong communication and marketing skills, as well as experience in handling admissions at educational institutions.
6. Lady Receptionist:
   The Lady Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing front desk duties. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for this role.
7. Accounts Assistant:
   The Accounts Assistant will assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and preparing financial statements. Candidates should have a background in accounting and finance, and experience in using accounting software is essential.
8. Coaches for Skating, Hockey, Lawn Tennis:
   We are looking for qualified Coaches in Skating, Hockey, and Lawn Tennis to train students in these sports. Candidates should have experience in coaching and a passion for encouraging students to excel in sports. They should be able to organize training sessions and sports events for the students.

General Requirements for All Positions:

• Candidates should have a proficiency in English and IT skills.
• All applicants must have a passion for teaching or the specific non-teaching role they are applying for.
