Shri Balaji Public School (SBPS), a reputed residential cum day boarding school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), is inviting applications for various teaching and non-teaching staff positions for the upcoming academic session starting 1st April 2025. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Teaching Staff Required
Positions Available:
- TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers) – All Subjects
- PRT (Primary Teachers) – All Subjects
- Nursery, Mother and Assistant Teachers
TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers):
We are looking for highly qualified and experienced TGTs to teach a variety of subjects in the secondary school. The ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of the subject matter, the ability to foster a positive learning environment, and the skill to enhance students’ academic performance. Candidates should be dedicated to providing a nurturing and effective learning experience for students. A passion for teaching, combined with patience and the ability to engage students, is essential.
PRT (Primary Teachers):
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Primary Teachers (PRTs) who can teach a wide range of subjects to primary school students. Candidates must have a genuine love for working with young children and should be adept at fostering a joyful and productive learning environment. The ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents is important.
Nursery, Mother, and Assistant Teachers:
We are also hiring Nursery Teachers, Mother Teachers, and Assistant Teachers to care for and educate young children at the foundational level. These roles require candidates who are patient, nurturing, and dedicated to the emotional and educational development of young learners.
2. Non-Teaching Staff Required
In addition to teaching staff, we are looking to fill various non-teaching positions that are vital for the smooth functioning of the school.

Receptionist:
We require a friendly and efficient Receptionist to manage the front office, assist parents and visitors, and maintain the overall smooth operation of school reception activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have a polite and professional demeanor. Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and a customer-friendly approach are key to this role.
Accountant:
An experienced Accountant is needed to manage the school’s financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and handling day-to-day financial transactions. The candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and have a solid understanding of accounting practices. A background in school accounting will be an advantage.
Office Clerk:
The Office Clerk will assist in managing daily office operations, including documentation, filing, and providing general administrative support. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
PA to Director:
The Personal Assistant to the Director will be responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
Sweepers, Gardener, Maids, and Peons:
We are looking for reliable Sweepers, Gardeners, Maids, and Peons who will ensure that the school premises are clean, well-maintained, and organized. These positions are crucial in maintaining the hygiene and aesthetic appeal of the school campus.
3. Transport Staff Required
We are also hiring staff for our school transportation services to ensure the safety and comfort of our students while commuting.

Bus Drivers:
We are looking for qualified and experienced Bus Drivers who have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. The ideal candidates should be responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of ensuring a smooth and safe journey for the students.
Conductors:
Bus Conductors are required to ensure the safety of children during their commute to and from school. Conductors should be vigilant, courteous, and able to assist children during boarding and disembarking from the buses.
Essential Requirements for All Candidates
- Fluency in Spoken and Written English is mandatory for all teaching positions.
- Basic Computer Knowledge is required for all positions, especially teaching roles, to integrate technology in the classroom and for administrative tasks.
