Job Requirements:
- Pre-Primary Teacher:
- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience with early childhood development and teaching young learners.
- A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.
- English Teacher (Up to XII):
- A degree in English or related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the senior school level is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire a love of literature in students.
- Ability to teach both literature and language, and to foster critical thinking skills in students.
- Mathematics Teacher (Up to XII):
- A degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Prior experience teaching mathematics to senior school students.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Patience and the ability to motivate students to develop a love for the subject.
- Computer Teacher (Up to XII):
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience teaching computer science or information technology.
- Proficiency in programming languages, digital tools, and computer applications.
- Ability to make technology accessible and interesting for students.
- Social Studies (SST) Teacher (Up to XII):
- A degree in Social Studies or related field.
- Teaching experience in History, Civics, and Economics at the senior school level.
- Ability to connect historical events with real-world applications.
- Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style.
- Geography Teacher (Up to XII):
- A degree in Geography or related field.
- Experience teaching geography at the senior school level.
- Ability to bring geography to life for students, using real-world examples.
- A passion for the subject and the ability to make it interesting and relevant to students’ lives.
- In-Charge (Up to XII):
- Prior leadership experience in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage school operations and oversee the smooth running of the academic schedule.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
