Teaching Staff Positions:

1. Admission Counsellor
   The role of the Admission Counsellor is crucial for managing the intake of new students into the school. The counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, providing them with detailed information about the school’s curriculum, infrastructure, extracurricular activities, and more. A candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required. A background in admissions management or counseling would be an advantage.
2. Academic Coordinator
   The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all academic activities within the school. This includes managing the curriculum, working with teachers to improve teaching methodologies, monitoring student progress, and ensuring that the academic goals of the school are achieved. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background with excellent leadership and organizational skills. Experience in a similar role in a school setting is required.
3. Coaching Junior Faculty (Classes 6 to 10)
   Suraj School is looking for faculty members to coach junior classes (6 to 10) in the following subjects:
   • Physics
   • Chemistry
   • Mathematics
   • Biology
     Junior faculty members will be responsible for imparting subject knowledge and preparing students for exams. Ideal candidates should have a strong grasp of the subject matter and experience in teaching students at the middle school level. They should be able to create engaging lessons and provide individual support to students when needed.
4. PGTs (Post Graduate Teachers)
   Suraj School is looking to hire PGTs (Post Graduate Teachers) in the following subjects:
   • English
   • Physics
   • Mathematics
   • Chemistry
   • Accountancy
     PGTs will be responsible for teaching senior classes, preparing students for board exams, and ensuring the overall academic development of the students. Ideal candidates must have a Post Graduate degree in the respective subject and a B.Ed. qualification. Experience in teaching senior secondary students, particularly under the CBSE curriculum, is highly desirable.
5. TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers)
   Suraj School is also hiring TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers) for the following subjects:
   • English
   • Mathematics
   • Science
     TGTs will teach students in the middle and secondary school levels. Candidates should have a graduate degree in the relevant subject, along with a B.Ed. qualification. A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is required. The ability to connect with students and create an interactive and engaging classroom environment is essential.
6. PRTs (Primary Teachers)
   Suraj School is looking for Primary Teachers (PRTs) to teach all subjects at the primary school level. The primary teacher will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students. Candidates should be able to teach all subjects and be comfortable working with young children. A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is preferred, along with prior experience in teaching at the primary school level.

Non-Teaching Staff Positions:

1. Accountant
   The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and handling all monetary transactions related to the school. The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting and be proficient in accounting software. Experience in a school setting is preferred.
2. Telecaller
   The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inquiries related to admissions, school activities, and other information. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, both in Hindi and English. They should be able to efficiently manage calls and maintain a record of all communications.
3. Marketing Executive
   The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the school, handling its marketing campaigns, and increasing the school’s visibility within the local community. The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing and a creative approach to promoting the school’s events and activities.
4. Transport Incharge
   The Transport Incharge will manage the school’s transport system, including overseeing bus routes, ensuring the safety of students during transport, and managing vehicle maintenance. A background in logistics or transport management is preferable.
