We are looking for dynamic, qualified, and motivated individuals to join our teaching and administrative teams at the following esteemed institutions:
- Chaibasa Engineering College (*NBA Accredited)
- Dumka Engineering College (*NBA and NAAC Accredited)
- Ramgarh Engineering College
- Silli Polytechnic
(All institutions are established by the Government of Jharkhand and are run by Techno India Group under the PPP model.)
Available Positions
We are inviting applications for the following roles:
- Principal
The Principal will be responsible for leading the institution, managing academic operations, and ensuring the overall development of the students and staff. - Professor
Professors will play a key role in imparting high-quality education and mentoring students in their respective fields. - Associate Professor
Associate Professors will assist in academic leadership and take on responsibilities in both teaching and research activities. - Assistant Professor
Assistant Professors will be instrumental in supporting academic initiatives, engaging students in learning, and contributing to research and development activities. - Training and Placement Officer (TPO)
The TPO will be responsible for managing student internships and placements, liaising with industry leaders, and ensuring the employability of graduates from the institution.

- Chaibasa, Jharkhand
- Dumka, Jharkhand
- Ramgarh, Jharkhand
- Silli, Jharkhand

Qualifications and Experience
All applicants must meet the required qualifications and experience as stipulated by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) guidelines. The positions are open to candidates with the following academic and professional backgrounds:
- CSE (Computer Science and Engineering)
- CE (Civil Engineering)
- ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- EE (Electrical Engineering)
- ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering)
- BSH (Basic Sciences and Humanities), including:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- English
