Key Responsibilities

As an Admission Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to guide prospective students and their families through the admission process. This role involves a mix of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, all geared towards increasing student enrollment and enhancing the school’s reputation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Counseling and Guidance:
   • Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, curriculum, and extracurricular activities to prospective students and parents.
   • Understand the needs and preferences of families to recommend appropriate programs.
2. Sales and Enrollment Management:
   • Achieve and exceed enrollment targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
   • Follow up with leads generated through various marketing efforts and convert inquiries into enrollments.
3. Relationship Building:
   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process.
   • Organize and conduct campus tours, open houses, and informational sessions to showcase the school’s offerings.
4. Marketing Support:

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in admissions, sales, or customer service, preferably within the education sector.
