Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to high school students following the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Conduct experiments and demonstrations to help students grasp complex concepts.
• Regularly assess and evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry in the classroom.
• Participate in faculty meetings and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
  • Master’s Degree in Physics (or related field).
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience:
  • Prior teaching experience in Physics at the high school level is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for online and offline teaching.
