Responsibilities (General):

• Create and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Implement the school curriculum and utilize innovative teaching methodologies.
• Design and conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.

Specific Qualifications (May vary based on position):

• PGT & TGT: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification. Proven teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
• PRT: B.Ed. with specialization in elementary education. Prior experience in handling multiple subjects at the primary level is desirable.
• Coordinator & Assistant Librarian: Relevant qualifications and experience will be considered as per the specific role.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
• Commitment to child development and fostering a love for learning.
