NOTE :- The applicant must have a positive attitude and deep knowledge of the subject. Candidate must be fluent in English and eligible as per government norms for teachers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs of preschool children.
- Manage and supervise students within the classroom environment.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons using various educational techniques such as storytelling, educational play, and multimedia resources.
- Assess each child’s educational needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Observe and support children’s social development, fostering self-esteem and positive interactions.
- Facilitate peer interaction and guide conflict resolution when necessary.
- Implement a structured curriculum to enhance children’s artistic and practical skills, including activities such as shape identification, number recognition, color exploration, and crafts.
- Coordinate nap and snack times, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, providing regular reports and updates to parents.
- Maintain open communication with parents to understand their child’s background and behavior.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Ensure the classroom environment meets health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher, with a strong understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
- Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Excellent communication and instructional abilities, capable of engaging young learners effectively.
- Strong mediation skills to resolve conflicts among children.
- Demonstrated temperament of being calm, friendly, and dependable.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality in curriculum development and teaching approaches.
