Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs of preschool children.
2. Manage and supervise students within the classroom environment.
3. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons using various educational techniques such as storytelling, educational play, and multimedia resources.
4. Assess each child’s educational needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
5. Observe and support children’s social development, fostering self-esteem and positive interactions.
6. Facilitate peer interaction and guide conflict resolution when necessary.
7. Implement a structured curriculum to enhance children’s artistic and practical skills, including activities such as shape identification, number recognition, color exploration, and crafts.
8. Coordinate nap and snack times, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
9. Monitor and document children’s progress, providing regular reports and updates to parents.
10. Maintain open communication with parents to understand their child’s background and behavior.
11. Collaborate effectively with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning environment.
12. Ensure the classroom environment meets health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher, with a strong understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
• Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Excellent communication and instructional abilities, capable of engaging young learners effectively.
• Strong mediation skills to resolve conflicts among children.
• Demonstrated temperament of being calm, friendly, and dependable.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality in curriculum development and teaching approaches.
