Responsibilities:
1. Create Engaging Lessons:
– Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and innovative teaching methods.
2. Promote Holistic Development:
– Foster intellectual, physical, and social growth; encourage extracurricular participation.
3. Maintain Classroom Discipline:
– Implement effective management strategies for a conducive learning environment.
4. Provide Individual Attention:
– Support students’ unique learning needs with personalized assistance.
5. Collaborate with Colleagues:
– Plan school activities and participate in professional development.
6. Communicate with Parents:
– Update parents on student progress and conduct meetings.
7. Administrative Duties:
– Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports.
8. Stay Updated:
– Engage in continuous learning and integrate modern teaching aids.
– Extras – Accommodation+food/transportation from Dewas Fee concession to the staff ward.
