Job Description:
As a teacher at De Paul School, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and dynamic learning environment. You will:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school’s curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to deliver content in an effective and engaging manner.
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance and progress regularly.
- Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- English Teacher: Teach grammar, literature, and writing skills, preparing students for exams and enhancing their communication abilities.
- Biology Teacher: Cover topics in botany, zoology, and human biology, conduct experiments, and foster a love for the natural sciences.
- Chemistry Teacher: Teach chemical principles, conduct lab experiments, and ensure students understand complex concepts.
- Social Studies Teacher (SST): Teach history, geography, civics, and other social sciences, helping students understand society and the world.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students and make learning enjoyable.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administration.
