Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate PGT English who can contribute to our academic excellence. The ideal candidate will be someone who can inspire students, bring creativity into the classroom, and has a strong command of the English language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Student Engagement: Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to participate actively and achieve their best.
• Assessment: Regularly assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Innovative Teaching: Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to education. Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) and Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in the English subject at the senior secondary level.
• Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to use educational technology effectively.
• Personal Traits: Dynamic, innovative, and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
