Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage hostel activities ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline among residents.
• Coordinate with school administration and parents regarding hostel matters.
• Handle emergencies and provide necessary support to students as required.
• Oversee hostel facilities and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with any recognized organization.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle diverse student needs and situations.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
