Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the school community, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
2. Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and extracurricular activities.
3. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
4. Curriculum Development: Ensure alignment of curriculum with CISCE standards, promoting holistic development of students.
5. Student Welfare: Prioritize student well-being, creating a safe and nurturing learning environment conducive to academic success and personal growth.
6. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, alumni, and local stakeholders, promoting a sense of belonging and involvement in school activities.
7. Financial Management: Manage school finances effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education or relevant field. Additional certifications in educational leadership preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational institution, preferably affiliated with CISCE.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of driving organizational growth and improvement.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
5. Visionary Thinking: Visionary thinking and strategic planning abilities to lead the school towards excellence and innovation.
6. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and integrity, serving as a role model for students and staff alike.
