1. High School Teachers – PGT (Post Graduate Teachers):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver advanced level lesson plans that prepare students for higher education.

    • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
    • Provide guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits.

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in their subject area.
  • Qualifications:
    • Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
    • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
    • Strong subject matter expertise.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2. Middle School Teachers – TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
    • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning.
    • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
    • Provide individualized support to students who are struggling.
    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in their subject area.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduate degree in the relevant subject.
    • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
    • Strong subject matter expertise.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Primary Teachers – PRT (Primary Teachers):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for primary school students.
    • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
    • Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.  
    • Organize and participate in school events and activities.
  • Qualifications:
    • Graduate degree in any subject.
    • B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for working with young children.
    • Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.

4. Pre-Primary Teachers – NTT (Nursery Teacher Training):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
    • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
    • Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.  
    • Organize and participate in school events and activities.
  • Qualifications:
    • NTT certification.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for working with young children.
    • Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.

5. Accountant:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage financial transactions and records.
    • Prepare financial reports and statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.  
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Proven experience in accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  

6. Sales & Marketing:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the school.
    • Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.
